Contest
Throughout the year, French for the Future organizes different contests that allow you to show off your talents, contribute to our website, and (most importantly!) win tons of great prizes!
Spring Contest
April Fool’s Day Fish!

Did you know that in French, April Fool’s Day is “Poisson d’Avril” (“April’s Fish”)?
Traditionally on that day, you try and hook a paper fish to someone’s back without them noticing. But that doesn’t mean there aren’t any practical jokes being played all day long too!
For this month’s contest, send us your funniest April Fool’s Day jokes and pranks—real, imagined, and planned! And feel free to send in a picture!
You have until
April 16th (no joke).
1st place winner
A digital camera and a French for the Future T-Shirt
2nd place winner
One of our favourite DVDs (Bon Cop, Bad Cop) and a French for the Future T-shirt.
3rd to 5th place winners
A stainless steel water bottle.
So, how do I enter?
All you have to do is send in a paragraph IN FRENCH (don’t worry about mistakes!) describing a funny April Fool’s Day prank or joke to
enewman@french-future.org.
Include your name, where you're from, and your age in your email.
The last day to submit is April 16th!
And how do I win?
All the entries will be placed in a draw and a winner will be picked randomly on April 19th 2010. Winners will be contacted on April 20th and announced on our website the following week.
Our favourite submissions will be published on our website!
